Though his focused pursuit of bears in the big picture of his hunting career is relatively short Seth has found great success, we talk a bit about what has lead to that, what sparked his fire, why we all should be looking to fill our bear tags and some of the heavy scrutiny hunters have been under for pursuing bears and the misconceptions.

Seth runs the “Black_Bear_Pursuit” IG page and has been bit hard by the black bear hunting and scouting bug.  His IG page is one of the best out there for black bears, with some outstanding trailcam locations, some highly entertaining bears show up on his cams and they hang around long enough for us all to learn a few things.

Seth is a well know and accomplished bear hunter out of Northern California. He’s hunted bears and other species in multiple states and is heavily involved in the fight against the anti-hunting movement. On this episode, Seth drives up to a spot where he can glass for wildlife and record with little distraction, other than the geese honking in the background!
